Demand that Minors Can't Give Away their Babies in Secret

We are asking Mr. Trump when he becomes president to sign an executive order disabling adoption agencies and private adopting couples from allowing minors, as young as age thirteen, to give away their babies in secret behind the backs of their parents or legal guardians.

Currently, it is legal for little girls as young as thirteen years old to give away their babies without the knowledge and consent of their parents. If this is a case of severe child abuse (ie incest) then another adult family member must be notified the pregnant child is meeting with an adoption agency before any adoption papers are signed.
