This petition is to put before the Board of Directors as a special vote/meeting by the MEMBERS of the organization of the constitution ARTICLE II,SECTION 2.SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING. of the IWPA, in reference to Anthony Statuo's suspension from the IWPA. Improper procedure of the organizations constitution and by-laws ARTICLE VI, SECTION 1.CHARGES. by the Board of Directors was enacted and Anthony was wrongfully suspended as a result. We must have 25% of the membership to enact the board to a special Meeting, you must be a paid and current member of the IWPA in good standing for your vote can't be counted.
To enact a special meeting/vote by the membership to appeal Anthony Statuo's suspension from the IWPA, as improper procedure was followed in the filing of charges against Mr. Statuo by the Board of Directors.
