The Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA) has been made to look like the destroyers of peace since they won't decomission. However, they HAVE opened their arms dumps to inspectors more than once, allowed these inspectors to put security systems in place to monitor the weapons, and been in negotiations with a decomissioning comission. The UDA and UVF, on the other hand, have done nothing, they are fighting in the streets even, yet they do not have pressure put on them to decomission. Strange.
We, the undersigned, demand that pressure be taken off the Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA) to decomission and have that pressure be put on the UDA, UVF, and all the other loyalist groups to decomission.
