Create a new Royal Yacht for Queen Elizabeth II for use throughout the Commonwealth

HM Queen Elizabeth is the 'Head' of the Commonwealth, and Head of State of many of the members within.
Whereas, HMY Britannia was retired years ago, a new royal yacht should be established, possibly styled 'HMY Commonwealth' for use by HM and the Royal Family for affairs of state and for use throughout the Commonwealth.
Such Yacht could be funded by a variety of non-governmental sources, run by the Royal Navy, and staffed with a rotating crew of the navies of Commonwealth member states that wish to participate, and share use of the yacht for state and Commonwealth events.
We, the undersigned, call on HM Government, as well as member states of the Commonwealth, to consider a new Royal Yacht for HM Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Family for use for carrying out official state and commonwealth duties.
