Citizens of the Camden School District, as well as employees and visitors of the Camden Central School District residing outside of those areas, petition to have a traffic light installed at the intersection of State Rt 13 and Florence Hill Rd in Camden, NY.
We the undersigned citizens of the Camden School District, as well as employees and visitors of the Camden Central School District residing outside of those areas, petition to have a traffic light installed at the intersection of State Rt 13 and Florence Hill Rd in Camden, NY. The juncture of these streets is extremely dangerous and numerous accidents have occurred causing grievous bodily injuries and destruction of property.
The notoriety of this intersection needs to end. The most recent accident at this intersection was on December 16, 2004, and this was one of many that have occurred since January 2004. Year after year calamitous accidents have been recorded. This must end. The clear and present danger represented by this intersection has been noted by all in the community.
To redress this problem we petition to have a traffic light installed at this location.
