A number of residents have complained To the Lib Dem Team about the state of the alleyway behind the shop on the High Road and Park Crescent and Park Rise.
Now that the council is charging Harrow residents to dispose of items when using a van it has led to some residents just finding a spot and unloading. The council needs to both remove these charges for Harrow residents and prosecute those people who are found to be fly tipping.
I hereby call on Harrow Council to remove all of the rubbish that has been fly tipped on the service road between the High Road and Park Crescent and Park Rise
I also call upon Harrow Council to try and trace who is responsible for the waste and take legal action to stop them using Harrow street and service roads as a dumping ground
