Unit Rental prices -starting new tenants off being dishonest 1280 condo style units nothing left untouched -walked in when move in date was supposed to happen and the only thing done was paint - we had to hire cleaners
then after move in new ad posted for 1100 for same building and two bed this is dishonest
health - no daily and or weekly building cleaning , broken crack pipes in hallwalls with human urine ,spit and vomit in hallways ( I have been sick since moving in and my husband's Asthma has been much worse ) We are clean people there is no way that we should be getting as ill as we have been
Safety - Non- tenants enter building sleeping in hallways and stairwells , persons trying to enter unit , Office Manager entering your mailbox and not providing you with another buzzer code and or re-keying the locks on mailbox and unit doors
secured underground parking on fob , not the case as all exit doors do not work allowing non tenants to enter and break into your vehicles
Elevators down every weekend since we moved in, tenants say this is common and it is always same elevator ,many disabled tenants in the building and families with young children this is not acceptable
Dear Tenants of 150 Sanford Ave N
We are asking for your support in trying to make 150 Sanford Ave N as The Landlord claims "family friendly and safe living condo style "
By signing this petition you are making your voice heard as WE the Tenants have the right to live in safe ,well-maintained units without harassment and or bullied "If you are not happy with the build we will gladly accept your notice to move" This is not acceptable and we the tenants have the right to live without being discriminated against .
This has been writtern by Sharon Behnke on this date of June 3th 2019 on behalf of ALL Tenants whom names will be found below. This is in our legal right to have what we were all promised and or the right to live without harassment /Basic living needs free from health and safety issues that pose a RISK to all tenants
