We demand immediate passage of the Clean Hands Act requiring the following as an absolute condition of holding federal office:

Mandatory Forensic Audit Before Swearing-In
Every newly elected or appointed member of Congress must undergo a complete, independent forensic financial audit of all current assets, income sources, trusts, investments, family benefits, offshore accounts, and cryptocurrency holdings before being seated.
100% Public Disclosure
The full audit report is released to the public the same day results are certified. No redactions.
Zero Tolerance for Concealment
Any knowing omission or misrepresentation results in:
Immediate disqualification from taking office (new members) or expulsion (sitting members)
Permanent lifetime ban from federal office
Automatic felony referral to DOJ (minimum 5-year sentence upon conviction)
Civil penalty of 300% of any concealed amount

Annual Re-Audit While in Office
Same process, same brutal penalties every single year they serve.

Career politicians routinely enter office middle-class and leave multi-millionaires while claiming only their salary paid the bills. The American people are done accepting “lucky stock trades” and six-figure book deals from lobbyists.
