Chip and Seal Keystone Rd Vinton, OH

As many of you know who travels Keystone Road in Vinton by my house the dust from the bad road is horrible. There is only a 3 to 4 mile stretch that needs chip and sealed. The last few years traffic on Keystone has picked up do to people who travel to work or just to the stores they are taking Keystone because it' s a shorter route. My family can't even sit outside due to the dust being so bad the only time we get relief from it is if it poors down the rain. The dust gets so bad you can not even see. It gets all over everything we own even in the house . They came out and put dust control on it that lasted not even a week and we were told there wasn't anything else they could do this year. I am starting this petition in hopes to get 1,000 signatures to present to the Gallia County Engineer's office as well as the county garage. I am hoping to get the 3 to 4 mile stretch chip and sealed in their 2022 budget.
