As Canadians we find that the views and comments of Mr. Don Cherry of Coach's Corner concerning fighting and violence in the NHL no longer represent our values as a hockey loving country.
Shown nationally in a prime time viewing slot the Coach's Corner's views are not healthy to our young Canadian hockey players and we as tax payers that ultimately pay for the CBC want Don Cherry removed from his paid position immediately.
Please remove Don Cherry from the Coach's Corner and replace him with someone that is sensitive to the fact that fighting and certain kinds of body checking put hockey players at great risk of head injuries that can result in permanent damage.
