Chaz will be eligible for parole on July 3, 2020. He has been incarcerated for nearly 7 years. During this time he has taken several classes to prepare him for life after his release. His April court date was postponed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. COVID-19 is one of the many reasons we are petitioning the parole board as it is our belief that it would benefit the prison system to parole eligible inmates that have not been in any trouble during their incarcerated time.

Greetings to all!
Family and Friends, in July of 2020 Chaz will have been incarcerated for 7 long years. Coincidentally, he is eligible for parole on July 3, 2020. If any of you have had the opportunity to visit or speak with Chaz, you know that he has grown and matured in all areas of his life. He is humble and grateful for the lessons he’s learned throughout this journey.
Chaz has had time to reflect on his mistakes. When we speak, the topic is frequently community and the work he’d love to begin when he is out of prison. He is set on making a positive impact on our community and society.
The current COVID-19 pandemic provides an opportunity to the prison system to grant parole eligible inmates the option to be granted parole. It could lessen the stress on the system, and allow these inmates time back with there families during this unprecedented and life altering event. Chaz has a strong, dedicated village to help keep him on track upon his release, by praying for and with him, mentoring, guiding and being a resource of knowledge and helpful information for Chaz, please help me in petitioning the Parole Board to grant him parole by signing this petition.
