In the state of Ohio it is required to use the Ohio BWC (Bureau Of Worker's Compensation) as the only means of Insurance for Employer's in a work related accident.
47 other states in the union allow this to also be covered through independent insurance companies or through there respective BWC’s.
This petition is to also allow the State of Ohio and its people to also have the option. To not be forced to use the BWC.
We, the undersigned, ask the State of Ohio to allow Independent Insurance companies provide Worker’s Compensation Insurance to the businesses and people of the State of Ohio.
