Baltic Quay is a residential building in London's Southwark Borough. It's bylaws do not permit pets. However, the freehold was sold to property owners during the last year and we wish to change the bylaws such that individual property owners can make their own decision about whether to allow well-behaved pets in their properties.
We, the undersigned, call for a change in the bylaws of Baltic Quay, 1 Sweden Gate, London SE16, to allow reasonable and well behaved pets to be resident in the building with their owners. This right to pet ownership will be a right of each holder of a share in the freeloading of the building. Individual freehold owners may individually permit or ban pets in their own property in the case that they choose to let their property.
