i need as many signatures confirming that i am not a bad person and that i should not be sent to prison

my name is chad Allen McPherson and I love the outdoors and fishing especially. ive messed up in the past and so has everyone else, I've paid for what I did then and am not perfect but do you believe everyone should get a second chance to do good? I know I do. growing up I was always that dumb kid obsessed with the outdoors and getting into trouble , but now that I'm an adult and nearing my 30th birthday my past mistakes have come to haunt me and potentially destroy my chances at having any kind of a successful future. as many of you know I love to fish and fishing is who I am. some years ago, that was all taken away from me and my right to go fishing and enjoy nature was stripped away from me. FOR LIFE. due to unpaid fines and missing court and being the stubborn kid and a struggling addict I continued to pursue my passion for angling in disregards of the consequences that would come of it , that was some time ago , when I had nothing but the clothes on my back, an a fishing rod or to and nothing to lose, I never hurt any one and would give anything to those who needed it ,. now as an adult I've straitened out and have gotten my life situated to where if continued as is would lead me into a bright future., but due to my mistakes. everything that I've worked for the past years ,getting off the streets ,achieving sobriety ,reporting to my probation, having a stable job and now staring my own business. this is all in jeopardy of being taken away due to the constituents of the court system., here's the scoop ., the Jackson county courts want to send me to prison. for something that I wasn't even in control of., A 22 RIFLE, I was arrested for fishing with a friend and he decided to leave with his girlfriend for a little wile, while I stayed and fished , but when he did he neglected to inform me that he put a 22 rife from his girlfriends car into his truck prior to leaving the river, he was supposed to just be gone for a hour or so ,planning to return to get the pick the truck up after he was finished running errands with his girl, but before he could return, the cops showed up and I was arrested by the state police for fishing and having a warrant I didn't know I had for missing court., I was never in the truck when the gun was and was not near the truck when arrested, the officers saw it in the vehicle after I was placed in handcuffs and want to charge me with a felon in possession of a firearm charge , consequently sending me to prison for a long time for something that I wasn't responsible for, and I need help, I have to show them that I am not the person I used to be,. And I don't deserve to be locked up for this, I have made such drastic changes in my life in a complete 180. I went from homeless on the streets to having a house and property, owning my own truck and no longer living the life of an addict, I need your help to show the courts that I am not the person that my criminal record paints to be. but am a hard working determinized individual that want to better his life. please help me out by signing this petition letting the courts confirm that I deserve a second chance. don't deserve the charges that are pending, And to not send me to prison for fishing. please don't let all my hard work and progress I have made be taken away just as I have finally gotten to where I need to be, by signing this petition you would agree that I should not be punished and should be given a second chance
