My grandson has a Jack Russell that has 3 legs due to a cat attack. Cats run loose and climb all over your cars and poops in your yard. If a dog poops in somebody's yard, they have to pick it up and when you take your dog out, it has to be on a leash.
I have another grandson that just had to have his 2 dogs put down due to them killing a cat. Dogs and cats are natural enemies so therefore dogs and cats should have the same rules.
I want cats to have a leash law like dogs and they should not be allowed to run loose.
