Canadian Re-Affirmation of the Right to Life

We, the undersigned, recognizing, embracing and upholding the historic Judaeo-Christian philosophies and moral principles of the supremacy of God, knowing that He alone is the giver of life, and that He holds the creation of life as sacred and precious as expressed throughout the gospel and upheld in the Queens own coronation oath; do condemn and renounce the recent judgments of the Supreme Court of Canada that have led to the devaluing of human life within Canadian society and the recent murder of an Alberta woman by two doctors and call for an immediate cessation to all so called “Right to Die or Physician Assisted Suicides, ” procedures and practices.

Therefore - with all urgency in order to save and protect lives - we the undersigned do call upon all Canadians everywhere to re-affirm and affirm the right of all Canadians and indeed all persons - to life and to condemn any practice or procedure that leads to the untimely and unnatural death of another.

We, the undersigned also recognize that because of the depravity of society and the ideological “cults of death” that have developed globally through out governments everywhere and also through the spread of terrorism, that society, by time, necessitates the taking of life through the act of war or policing to ensure the safety and protection of other lives - do (with that being stated) still re-affirm and affirm with all passion and conviction the right of all - to life.

That we, beginning on this the second day of March, in the year of our Lord 2016, do affirm and re-affirm:

that all human life, regardless of race, creed, color, age, sex, ability or disability, is sacred and precious from the moment of conception until the time of natural death.

that all other rights and freedoms are subject first and foremost to the right to life. and that all future laws and statutes are must be made subject to the right to life of each and every Canadian without prejudge.

that every Canadian has the right to a society’s protection and be secure in the knowledge that society will guard and protect that person’s right to life from the moment of conception, through their natural birth, during their life time until their natural death.

that no human being has the right, jurisdiction or authority to cause the unnatural and untimely death of any other human being for any reason, under any circumstances, for any cause.

that no person, agency, profession, government, Parliament, Leader, Court or Justice, King or Queen, now or in the future has the right, the jurisdiction or authority to ask, request, compel or demand any one human being to put to death another human being for any reason, under any circumstances, for any cause.

that no one person has the right to ask, compel or manipulate another person to aid them to commit an act or procedure that brings about or causes their unnatural or untimely death.

that all those suffering from issues leading to thoughts or actions that would result in an unnatural or untimely death be given the protection of society and have the right to compassionate and proper medical intervention to the saving of that life, to alleviate the pain and suffering through proper medical intervention, and if in a palliative state to be given the right to request proper medical procedures to stop the intense pain and suffering until their natural and timely death.

that every Canadian has the sovereign right to live their life in accordance to the principles of the right to life free from the fear of individuals, groups, professionals or governments who would seek their untimely or unnatural death.

that every Canadian has the responsibility of citizenship to promote, debate, educate and use all manner of freedom of speech, activism and freedom of assembly to promote the sanctity of life until all Canadians come to embrace the principles of the right to life.

that Canadian citizens have the right, the authority and responsibility to remove from any office, any role or any profession, and to revoke any license of any individual in any profession who actively engages in the promotion of, or the influence of, any person that brings about a decision to cause that individual’s unnatural or untimely death or cause the unnatural and untimely death of another person; or who through their office attempts to creates laws or statutes that promote or encourage the devaluing of human life that ultimately leads to the unnatural or untimely death of another person.

that any Canadian or group of Canadians has the right, the authority and responsibility to call into question, prosecute and bring to justice any person or number of persons who actively promote or who influence any individual or group to act or proceed in such a manner that directly or indirectly leads to any persons untimely or unnatural death.

that once Canadians have affirmed and firmly entrenched the right to life within Canadian society that they have the right and responsibility to promote the principles of the right to life internationally and to protect the freedom of life for all persons everywhere.
