Recognizing the rights of the great State of California as a member of the United States Constitution, this State Amendment is petitioning the creation of jurisdictional armories where citizens may lease armaments from the California Department of Fish & Game and/or the California Department of Justice.
Recognizing the rights of the Great State of California as a member of the United States Constitution, this State Amendment is petitioning the creation of jurisdictional armories where citizens may lease armaments from the California Department of Fish & Game and/or the California Department of Justice.
Armories shall be for public use where licensure and training for various categories and uses of armaments can be obtained. Class of armaments, numbers, and qualifications shall be determined by California State Representatives in conjunction with both the California Department of Fish & Game and the California Department of Justice.
Citizens may lease the armaments conditional upon Licensure, Permit, & Training.
All Armories shall be operated by an officer or officers of the State.
All Armories shall be State Mandated and subject to Federal Investigation.
Extensions and Renewals of Licensure and Permit shall be subject to change and obtained through the Office created by this Amendment.
