Bussing for Terra Linda community to Diamond Valley Middle School

Terra Linda needs transportation for our children who are attending Diamond Valley Middle School. We are requesting bussing for those children who live in the Terra Linda homes. Most of the parents commute to other counties and our children have to walk up to 6 miles per day in order to get to the new school.

We are requesting that the Hemet Unified Scool District/ Transportation Department also view our concerns of safety. There are over fifty sexual predators for violent and non-violent crimes living in our area, it is not safe for young girls and boys anymore.

To walk 6 miles per day, 5 days per week is a hardship on our children and their safety. If they need help whom do they go to? Stetson,Dominigoni are the two streets they would be walking down and people often go up to 60 MPH on both roads. We would like to see a bus stop provided at Johnston and Sanderson or Johnston and Kirby.There are approx. 30 to 50 students in need of transportation for our community. Your support to this matter is very important please help our community and our children get the help they need for a better education ;and see that they are safe while in route to school.
