-Pembroke Pines has Brian Piccolo Park that requires you to PAY MONEY BY THE HOUR! Also requiring parental waivers.
-Cooper City has Bamford Skatepark which is free but its all PLASTIC.
-Hollywood has Apollo Skatepark but also made out of cheap plastic and no concrete.
A lot of skate parks around our area are not built well and never get repaired. They're made of cheap plastic and we have one park in Pembroke Pines that charges by the hour when we all know skateboarding should be FREE. This petition is for skateboarders or in this case any person into extreme sports that would like a safe skate plaza to be free in.
We ask you Parks and Recreation of Broward County to consider building this environment for us to flourish.
