Bring the Carroll County Women's Journal to Carroll County (MD) Public Libraries!

The publisher of the Carroll County Women's Journal requested her FREE EDUCATIONAL PUBLICATION to be available to the residents of the Carroll County through the Carroll County Public Library System as other free publications are distributed through the system.
The publisher was told that no one asked for the publication therefore they would not allow it. If the individuals who live and work in Carroll County (MD) are not aware that it COULD be available to them through the PUBLIC library system, how are they supposed to know that they need to ASK for it in order to the PUBLIC library system to allow it to be available to the PUBLIC along with the many other FREE publications that the PUBLIC library system allows?
We, the undersigned, call on the Carroll County (Maryland) Public Library System to allow for the distribution of the Carroll County Women's Journal through the Carroll County (Maryland) Public Library System.
