We the people of Namibia want to Safe and fear free future for our children and population.Murderers have no fear for our Justice system currently in place.We ask the DeathPenalty to be instated as in Botswana to curb this murderous spree.Dayly basis we hear and see of children,men and woman getting killed,The criminals are winning because they dont fear the penalties imposed by court.I motion to bring the ultimate punishment to those that murder heartlessly!
