We, the people of Spearfish propose The City of Spearfish provide residential and commercial recycling along with water/sewer/garbage services. Let's do our part to keep our landfills free of excess and renewable waste that promotes the emission of methane and ultimately, contributes to global warming.
We, the undersigned, call on The City of Spearfish to provide recycling as an included service in garbage pick up as well as the funding for recycling bins throughout our town.
