Idaho's Thunder Mountain Line announced on January 18th, 2016 that it would be closing due to the fall of ridership since the 2007-2008 recession. It offered a piece of history and an amazing product to the state in Southwest Idaho. It provided a unique experience for many generations and a glimpse of the past. I believe that with proper advertisement, public/volunteer support, and fresh ideas, this Idaho Gem could be brought back to its former glory.
We, the undersigned, would like to support bringing back the Thunder Mountain Line Excursion Railroad.
