A Metal Shop in Bloomington High School would be beneficial to students. As a school in the engineering pathway it is unreasonable to not have an official Metal Shop.
With a Metal Shop program, students from Bloomington High School can learn how to weld and work with metal. Also, this will greatly benefit the robotics team of Bloomington High School.
With the Metal Shop active, robotics club members are open to more resources. Lastly, robotics club members may advance further in the First Tech Challenge and First Robotics Challenge if a Metal Shop is created in our school.
We the Bloomington High School Robotics Club, call on to the Colton Unified School District to bring back a Metal Shop to Bloomington High School.
