The sentence of 20 years in a state penitentiary was much to harsh of a punishment to Bradley Todd Hill who was convicted of DUI Manslaughter for the 2005 accident that took the life of Hilliary Walters.
Mr Hill was held fully responsible for the actions of every one involved. The Cape Coral police Department found Mr Hill to be fully responsible even though everyone was intoxicated and knowingly got in the car with a drunk driver. Laws were broken by everyone involved.
If you feel this to be unjust please sign this. Lets try to get Mr Hill (an outstanding citizen to Cape Coral) some justice.
We the undersigned find this punishment to Bradley Todd Hill to be absolutely outrageous. Not only outrageous, but justice has not been served here.
