Blue ribbon project to become a law in the United states

The blue ribbon project is a voluntary project to help abused, neglected and sexual abused children. I am starting this petition for Gabriel fernandez, anthony avalos, and noah cuatro who were abused and tortured till they all died of serious trauma from their parents torturing them for months until they took their last breath. I recently watched the gabriel Fernandez docuseries on Netflix. Seeing what all 3 of these babies had to go through just to be loved. The district attorney's need to get the blue ribbon project in affect to protect all the children from this horrible nightmare. The DCFS is to blame for not protecting these children resulting their tremendous torture. If we can do anything to help these children from any kind of abuse let's petition and make it a law.
