Birth certificates for babies born prior to 20 weeks

South australia has recently passed a bill that entitles parents of babies born between 12 and 20 weeks to receive a birth certificate acknowledging their child.

It is vital to all parents who lose their child prior to the current 20 week mark in tasmania to have their child's life honoured.

So many parents lose a child and some of these babies born before 20 weeks are born alive yet they still cannot be given a birth certificate even though they lived! Lets change it!
