Dear bigpond,
You need to change your pathetic plans, $150 per gig on cable if you go over the small limit? That's the stupidest thing I have ever seen.
ADSL is pretty much the same.
Charging that much, leaving customers with huge bills, do you not realize what your doing? or is money the only important thing to you?
So many customers are left with massive bills because of your broken system (check out whirlpool.net.au).
For the liberty plans, why cap at 64kbps? Why not 256 or at least 128!, same goes for the upload speed!, browsing is so slow when capped, getting to the bigpond page is almost impossible, and don't even get me started on bigpond email!
Let's see how many people we can get to sign this thing, spread it around people!
We need bigpond to change their plans, to get rid of this massive pricing!
We need to give the customers a fair go.
