Beach Party

We are writing you in respect of the expected social gathering / meet of like-minded, fun interested
people / friends planning to meet on our Public Beach – Montrose Beach on sand area.
We respectfully submit, are not a business venture, company and we have no defined titles / structure. We are just a couple of like-minded friends joining together to pursue the said plan of calling all people with whom we had /do regularly chat, whats app, face book to come and meet in person together with their siblings & friends at a venue open to all.
To attract and make it successful, the name was earmarked as a “Beach party” also with highlight of
“Summer was made for this”..
The minimum This is a FREE open public event with no requirements, except a condition announced to participate - ”Strictly fun loving people only͟” for participants.
As mentioned, it is expected to be conducted at the glorious Beach with loud cheers, big smiles and fun, as we expect the Chicago weather also to support us with clear sky, breezy and sunny till late evening.
To emphasize more on the subject, further retreat all the participants or any individuals :-
are not charged a dime, nor solicited and no entrance fee is levied.
Only All interested people who want to come along with their friends and family are welcome to join.
No promotion, sales or canvassing is encouraged /allowed./ permitted.
No sponsorship is solicited / entertained.
No alcohol is allowed.
The said get together purpose is to enjoy the prime daylight weather, with prime focus of enhancing friendship, understanding / socialize. Multi culture / nationalities diversity of people from all walks / part of life are encouraged to attend and chat by feeling free to swing and join the group of salsa, bachata, and participate games of volleyball extra, plus lot of cheers to see everyone together smiling and thus resulting in our motto “Chicago city - One Family͟” ; Chicago – place of common friends .
With the busy schedule, some people can’t afford to take vacation so this event make them feel like they are in vacation with happenings of fun & friends. For us this is like doing a voluntary work for the Chicago community. We all are busy with daily routine and we forget that some point in our life we should give back to our community before we leave this earth. Lot of people liked the idea and opted their presence.
The same gathering had been conducted in the past with the same motto. We have advised all of them to adhere the above instructions as done before also.
All attendees are advised of their onus, to organize themselves, come with their own snacks and eats, water, with a promise to keep the Beach clean. Also been advised to bring their own garbage bags to collect the trash back home.
To achieve the above we have invested our common interest, self-funding of time, co-ordination specially creating awareness reaching all like-minded people to assemble and have fun outdoor in a public place at a time of convenience, to attend and enjoy the event. Specially inviting kids to join the elder group / us rather be fixated to smart phones / android games ……...
One table for music system, accessories with small speakers of tolerable volume to allow few energetic participants to jive along salsa, bachata,…...
We solicit your co-operation to witness the above “Fun loving smiling people gatherings” likely to happen on the long awaited day i.e. the 08th July 2017. (Fun Saturday). As this get together location is happening on the sand area, North east corner of the beach behind volleyball court.
