Breeders not conforming with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Dogs. Also the Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999
We the undersigned petition Philip Davies and/or Carmarthenshire County Council to stop the illegal practices clearly prevalent in dog breeding establishments under your jurisdiction and all contrary to the proper application of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Dogs. Also the Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999.
Furthermore each signature shall represent a single protest.
