That The House Of Assembly Revision Of Boundaries And
Re-Distribution Of Seats Order, 2017, APPROVED BY RESOLUTION, In The House Of Assembly, AND SIGNED OFF ON, By Governor-General,
Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling (AND USED IN THE
2017 GENERAL ELECTION),
WAS, HOWEVER, NOT BROUGHT INTO FORCE!

This, However, Is, Due To The Fact,
That Her Majesty's Representative,
Governor-General Her Excellency,
Dame Marguerite Pindling,
DID NOT MAKE A PROCLAMATION,
Appointing The Date, For The Holding Of The 2017 General Election, Of Members Of The House Of Assembly, In The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas:

This, Is A Violation And A Breach Of Article 70 (7) Of The Constitution
Of The Commonwealth Of
The Bahamas!

And, Therefore, Nullifies, Makes Invalid And Null And Void,
The 2017 General Election!

And Ultimately, The Results Of
The 2017 General Election!

Her Excellency, Dame Marguerite Pindling, Must, Therefore, Immediately Make A Proclamation, Appointing The Date, For The Holding Of A New General Election, Of Members Of The House
Of Assembly, In The Commonwealth
Of The Bahamas, As According To
Article 70 (7) Of The Constitution
Of The Commonwealth Of
The Bahamas:

And Not The Prime Minister Of
The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas!

As According To Article 70 (7) Of
The Constitution Of The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas,
The Prime Minister Of The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas,
Has Absolutely No Power And
Absolutely No Authority, Constitutionally, To Set, Nor Appoint The Date For General Elections,
In The Commonwealth Of
The Bahamas!

And The Bahamian People!

That Everything Done, Under
The Hand, Power, And Authority Of Prime Minister Hubert Alexander Minnis, His Ministers And The Bahamas Government, Including
The Making And Signing Of Decisions, Agreements, Contracts And Treaties; Political Appointments
Made; Laws Passed, Amended And Repealed; Monies Used From The Public Treasury; And Monies Borrowed, On Behalf Of The Citizens And The Bahamian People, Would,
Therefore, Not Be Valid, Lawful,
Nor Constitutional:

And Can, Therefore, All Be Overturned!

WHEREAS in accordance with Article 70 of the Constitution, a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of the House of Assembly on the 15th day of February, 2017:

NOW THEREFORE, the Governor-General, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 70 of the Constitution makes the following Order----

1. Citation and Commencement.

(1) This Order May be cited as the
House of Assembly Revision of
Boundaries and Re-distribution
of Seats Order, 2017.

(2) This Order shall come into force
on the 15th day of February,
2017:

PROVIDED THAT in accordance
with the proviso of Article 70 (7)
of the Constitution this Order
shall not affect any election to
the House of Assembly UNTIL
A PROCLAMATION IS MADE
BY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL
appointing the date for the
holding of a general election
of members of the House of
Assembly or affect the
constitution of the House of
Assembly in being.

Please Also See Article 70 Of
The Constitution Of The Commonwealth Of The Bahamas (The Supreme Law Of The Land), Which States, Under 'Procedure
For Review Of Constituencies', That:

70 (7) If any draft Order laid under this Article is approved by resolution of the House of Assembly, the Prime Minister shall submit it to the Governor-General who shall make an order (which shall be published in the Gazette) in terms of the draft;

AND THAT ORDER SHALL COME INTO FORCE on such day as may be specified therein and, until revoked by a further Order made by the Governor-General in accordance with the provisions of this Article, shall have the force of law in
The Bahamas:

PROVIDED THAT the coming into force of any such Order shall not affect any election to the House of Assembly UNTIL a proclamation is made by the Governor-General appointing the date for the holding of a general election of members of the House of Assembly
or affect the constitution of the House of Assembly then in being.
