I would like to thank everyone who took the time and trouble to sign the petition and apologise to those of you who may have missed the opportunity.
The case is clearly made in the 1338 signatures in just one week - the road is needed, it seriously effects not just individuals but entire areas, the road is overdue and a great many resented having to pay the legal costs of those opposed to the road.
Thank you again and hopefully we will be able to pass each other on the AWPR in the not too distant future.
The Aarhus Conventions Compliance Commision has rejected the claims made by Mr Walton and Roadsense.
Lord Tyre has rejected the action raised by Mr Walton and Roadsense.
Lords Clarke, Bonomy and Philip have unanimously rejected the action raised by Mr Walton.
The AWPR is a piece of infrastructure vital to the economy of the North East, particularly to the North of Aberdeen and the areas of multiple deprivation in places like Peterhead and Fraserburgh.
By signinging this petition you will be calling for an immediate end to any consideration of further legal action regarding the AWPR.
The AWPR is needed now.
