arrest Santa

Santa has been breaking in and entering for decades, he goes onto private property, litters with coal, he makes children believe if they aren't good enough they will get coal, not to mention he stocks children of all ages. I believe we should have Santa be arrest for breaking all of these laws. He also has been running a sweatshop at the north pole, Santa also threatens children that they have to leave cookies, milk, and carrots for him and his reindeer, he fly's in residential areas where flying is illegal. He speeds at the speed of a rocket too, Why is santa the only person who can break all of these laws and not be arrested, if anyone else did such things they could get a very long jail time.
