On June 2, 2010 MLB pitcher Armando Galarraga got robbed of his perfect game by umpire Jim Joyce. The Tiger's were leading the game against the Cleveland Indians, 3-0 with two outs in the ninth inning. Jason Donald hit a ground ball to first base. Galarraga ran over to cover first base and got the throw from Miguel Cabrera. He touched the base and was at least what looked to be a stride ahead. Jim Joyce signaled safe.
Upon replay it proved that Galarraga definitely beat Jason Donald to the bag and it was an out.
I am asking that the Commissioner of Baseball, Bud Selig, view the footage, turn over the umpires call and declare it a perfect game.
