We, the undersigned, call on Old Bridge VILLAGE Homeowners Association to allow small pets in All sections/areas/homes of Old Bridge Village.
The benefits of owning a pet for retired/older persons; Pets lower blood pressure and pulse rate,less depression,seniors become more active,pets ease the loss of a loved one and help to fight loneliness, seniors take better care of themselves.
Pets give a sense of security. Other than the health and well being benefits pets in the Pet areas (which are higher in price) isolates the community as a whole from potential sales.
