Allow residents of The Coast to continue to use their BBQ’s on their Front Balconies

I have spoken to a member of The Coast committee and the said person has confirmed that the action to remove our BBQ’s from the front balcony to the back balcony at The Coast has been approved and signed off.
BBQ’s have been in use on the front balconies from the opening of The Coast. There has only been 2 complaints that we are aware of in regards to the smoke from using the BBQ’s by any residents. It should be the person’s choice to use their BBQ on their front balcony as the front balcony is also part of the property that we rent.
The main attraction of living at The Coast is the sea views from our front balcony. As well as, our front balconies are much larger and not as closed in as the back balconies.
Also due to Covid, more people are entertaining at home and therefore utilizing their own BBQ’s, as we are not permitted to use the BBQ's in the common areas to adhere to The Coast an Government regulations.
We, the undersigned, call on The Sentosa Management Council of The Coast to allow all residents of The Coast to continue to use their BBQ’s on their front balconies as we always have.
