Allow English citizen's into the Scottish independence vote

So I keep seeing lots of post from English citizen's saying they would love to be in the Scottish independence vote , so this is just to see how many actually do want to vote . This is not meant to divide anyone, it's simple just to see how many would want a vote, I am not guaranteeing you'll get that vote , but you never no, if enough people sign it you might , the next vote could be held October 2023
