4 Men and a Little Lady's Frozen Treats was established with the young and the young at heart in mind. What we are trying to establish is a means for the children and the transportation disabled to be able to enjoy the "old-fashioned" way of getting frozen treats from the local ice cream truck.
All safety precautions will be taken to make this a safe and exciting time for the kids in the neighborhood, and also give them something to look forward to every season.
We, the undersigned, request for the Town of Farmville to allow "4 Men and a Little Lady's Frozen Treats" to operate at least seasonally within the town, to provide the town's children something to look forward to every season.
