IOI Business Park service and maintenance is one of the weakest in Puchong area. Recently they the Building & Car Park Management had increased the parking / season pass & maintenance fees. With this increase the maintenance has become from bad to worst.
These are the following problems where an increase of parking fees is not acceptable at all.
1. Dark (not well lighted)
2. Lifts to Basement 2 not accessible
3. Flooding during heavy rain
4. Smelly environment from leaking sewerage
5. Not properly ventilated
6. No hydrant & Fire extinguisher
7. Health hazard mosquito infested parking area
8. Safety hazard (no proper security patrolling the parking areas)
9. Boom gate at center exist not working
10. Fire hazard (no proper evacuation and assembly points)
11. No Telco signals (emergency hazard)
12. Motorcycles parked at non parking zone & walkway
13. Water leak from ceilings due to damaged waterproofing sealants
14. Frequent breakdowns of lifts
We the tenants of IOI Business Park seek everyone's assistant to sign this petition as PROTEST to the increase of both Normal & Reserved parking fees. The increase is not only exorbitant it is also none justifiable and at the same time ridiculous.
Lets us all make at stand together and protest against this increase and demand better services
