The BMX, skateboarding and scooter riding community of the Mornington Peninsula have access to only (1) skatepark for night riding, that being Mt Eliza skatepark.
By adding lights to the Somerville skatepark it will provide a much needed 2nd venue for night riding that is easily accessable and safe.
We the undersigned call on the Mornington Peninsula Council to provide (2) sets of lights at the Somerville skatepark to assist in night time BMX, skateboard and scooter riding for the BMX, skateboarding and scooter riding community of the Mornington Peninsula.
