Add a "dislike" button to Facebook

Facebook needs to have a "dislike" button.

For a long time people have been posting about, "Why does Facebook not have a "dislike" button? I don't want to be rude!"

So, why doesn't Facebook have a "dislike" button?

A common example:

For many people who post about their health problems or a death in the family and are seeking sympathy are only finding that when a person hits "like" on their post it is adding insult to injury. To "like" something tragic is both hurtful and unsympathetic, even when the person "like"ing the post has only the best intentions.

I believe this practice needs to stop and Facebook needs to give into the masses on this particular subject.
