Access to education in Chile

We are doing a school project where we have to create a petition for a cause. Me and my partner chose access to education, preferably in Chile. We want there to have more public schools in the poorer parts of Chile, so that there is more opportunities for kids to achieve their goals/dreams. We wanted to contact Gerardo Valera, so that maybe he could see our project and do something about it. This cause matters because it allows kids who can’t have or afford a good education, actually be able to receive one. Did you know that in low and lower-middle income countries, around 40% of children with disabilities are out of school at primary level and 55% at lower secondary level?
