The petition is to abolish H1-B and F-1 visa categories in the Immigration and Naturalization Act.
We plea to abolish F-1 and H1-B visa status as unconstitutional.
The requirements of the status as clear intention to return to the home country is unrealistic. It creates artificial legal condition of demonstrating to the US facts about the status in foreign country which imposes contraints both on the US employer and the employee (student and university)
creating depence relation on the foreign government, organization or body, other then the possesion of travel document. The temporary residence status adjustable to this of the permanent residence should be
created instead which does not require any dependency on foreign body or total inability to work or study should be imposed without some intention of
permanent residence.
