This petition is to express my concern regarding the lack of consistency in the umpires for the Shetland division. The Shetland divison is being discriminated against. Other divisions of the IBBA have two umpires for their games.
Please sign this petition if you feel it is unjust to allow other divisions of the IBBA to have two umpires for their games and the Shetland Division to have only one.
