We, the undersigned, propose to the Representatives and Senators to increase the tax of capital gains of citizens who earn more than $37,950 in taxable income, to reduce spending on Social Security by shortening the time of standard unemployment benefits from 26 weeks to 20 weeks, and to introduce an outgoing tax to funds that are moved out of the country by an international company based in the United States.
