Has the proof needed to prove the damages inocent children are subjected to. Psychological damages that will last the rest of their life. There are several acts of Congress that offer incentives these corporations collect between 4 and $8,000 for placing a child into foster care these employees more for placement with a successor guardian , increased incentives for keeping the child in the system for a year and even more for increased percentage of children each year what has happened is these I
Employees are abusing the incentives system and the good faith laws that put them above the law so they can do what ever they want to do to place children in custody and it's way out of hand to the point it appears to be government funded child trafficking organization . They can make up any allegation they wish they consume , and presume anything and get away with it. All under the guise it's for the health and well-being of the child it is not any score of the money for the incentives they are abusing the program in the process abusing families and abusing the children. The short of the matter is they are kidnapping our children under any guise assumption presumption or lie they wish to use. knowing the good faith sweetheart laws will protect them from prosecution this petition it's just stop them from destroying families kidnapping is a capital offense that can be punishable by death at least people are kidnapping our children .50 million dollars is motive to kidnap for child. We have to stop this abuse of power by these employees I'm sure that the incentive program was designed to help children who produced people have abuse the system it's plain to see everybody knows what's going on but nobody else stand up and say anything this petition is to stop these people from harming our children. I'm putting this out there because I'm a responsible adult and my duty is to protect all children and when I see abuse like this that is causing detrimental damages to the children and the families .
