بدینگونه به آگاهی شما میرسانیم که در تاریخ ۸ ژوئن، نشستی در لندن بریتانیا، در پیشگاه احمد شهید، بازرس ویژه سازمان ملل برپا خواهد شد، که به شکنجه و چند و چون جایگاه و حقوق زنان در ایران خواهد پرداخت. با آگاهی از نهاد نابسامان حقوق بشر در ایران، بویژه زنان، برپایی نشستهایی از این دست، بسیار ستوده و بایسته است. لیکن یکی از برگزار کنندگان و سخنرانان پایانی جلسه، خانم "شادی صدر" است، که بتازگی آشکارا در برابر ایران و ایرانیان رویکرد گستاخانه ای را پیش گرفته و اینبار سخن از تجزیه خوزستان بمیان آورده است.
از آنجایی برخوردهای قومگرایانه و تجزیه طلبانه ایشان بر همگان آشکار شده و خشم بسیاری از میهن دوستان را بر انگیخته، بر آن شدیم که نامه ها‌ای به احمد شهید بنویسیم و همراه سپاس از وی برای پیگیری نهاد نابسامان حقوق بشر در ایران، وی را از همکاری با کسانی مانند شادی صدر که خود قومگرا و ایران ستیز هستند، باز داشته، و رویکرد ناپسندیده وی را که برای بسیاری از ایرانیان و گروه های اپوزیسیون پذیرفته نیست، برای ایشان آشکار کنیم.
از این رو من متن نامه زیر را آماده ساختیم تا از اینکه کسانی مانند شادی صدر خود را در پیش جهانیان نماینده مردم ایران جا بزنند، پیشگیری کنیم!
خواهشمندیم هرچه زودتر ملحق گشته و این پتیسیون را امضا نمایید؛ همچنین این نامه را به جای نمونه و الگو بکار برده یا بگونه ای که میپسندید ویرایش کرده و پس از درج نام خود در پایان، به نشانی رایانامه (ای-میل) احمد شهید که در زیر آورده شده بفرستید:

خواهشمندیم همچنین سراسر متن این پیام را به همه فهرست دوستان خود از راه فیسبوک، رایانامه (ای-میل) و راه های دیگر ...... گسیل نمایید و از آنها نیز نیز یاری بجویید. باید همه نیروی خود را هرچه زود تر بسیج کنیم تا شمار هرچه بیشتری رایانامه به احمد شهید فرستاده شود تا ندای ناخشنودی خود را از دست اندازی کسانی مانند شادی صدر در چالش های حقوق بشر در ایران به گوش ایشان برسانیم.

This note is about the upcoming symposium in London (England), on June 8th, which is planned by “Human Rights for Iran” organization, to investigate torture and status of women in Iran. Dr. Ahmad Shaheed, UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran, will be the special guest and keynote speaker at this meeting.

One of the key organizers and speakers at the meeting, Ms. Shadi Sadr, has recently made unpleasant comments about Iran, and has openly backed the separatist parties, and as a result, has enticed a lot of concerns and irritations amongst the Iranian community and opposition parties worldwide.
To that end, a group of Iranian Individuals who strive for justice and freedom, as well as the integrity of our country, decided to write a letter to inform Mr. Ahmed Shaheed about their serious concerns with respect to Ms. Shadi Sadr`s approach, and to advise him to reconsider further cooperations with her in the discussion of human rights issues in Iran, as she does not holds a constructive reputation among the Iranian people and opposition parties and hence does not represent them.
It is evident that the efforts of individuals as Shadi Sadr who endeavour to stir ethnic conflicts, by blaming a particular ethnic group for the supposed disadvantages of another, only poses a damage to the genuine struggle of the Iranian people for human rights and freedom. Ms. Sadr’s efforts serve to amplify the predicament of the Iranian people by promoting ethnic hatred and conflicts, which may potentially lead to a civil war and the downfall of the Iranian nation. Ms. Sadr is openly backing separatist parties who advocate ethnical violence and terrorism. Nevertheless, these separatist organizations are not representative of their corresponding ethnic groups and have no respect amongst them.
In order to support this cause and raise your voice about Sadi Sadr’s approach, and object her appearance as the representative of Iranian people concerning human right issues in Iran, please use the following letter as a template, or modify it as you wish, and add your name / title on the bottom, and e-mail it to:

بدینوسیله مراتب قدردانی خود را از زحمات شما در نشان دادن و ثبت بخشی از نقض گسترده حقوق انسانی از سوی حکومت جمهوری اسلامی نسبت به همه شهروندان ایرانی فارغ از نژاد، مذهب و صنف، ابرازمی‌داریم.
برای تایید درستی راه و شایستگی شما با آن سابقه درخشان دیپلماتیک و حقوق بشری، همین بس که دولتمردان حکومت جمهوری اسلامی تا کنون از حضور شما در ایران برای تحقیق و تایید یا رد ادعایتان جلوگیری کرده اند.
عدم حضور شما در ایران ابزار تبلیغاتی لازم را برای کسانی که تلاش دارند با ارائه تصویری غیر واقعی، مشکلات ایران را قومی و نژادی نشان دهند، فراهم ساخته است. شایان ذکر است این فرصت طلبان برای رسیدن به اهداف ویرانگر خود، از هزینه کردن نام و اعتبار شما تردیدی بخود راه نخواهند داد.
اباور داریم که فلسفه شما که مبتنی بر منشور حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد است، با فلسفه ما ایرانیان که خود را فرزندان کورش کبیر ابداع کننده اولین منشور حقوق بشر در جهان میدانیم، هیچگونه تفاوت و زاویه‌ای ندارد.
شوربختانه برخی از شخصیتهایی که عنوان "فعال حقوق بشر" را یدک میکشند و تصاویر آنها را در کنار شما در مناسبتهای مختلف ( در فضای مجازی) فراوان میتوان یافت، مطالب تحریک و توهین آمیزی را بیان کرده اند که با فلسفه و معنای "حقوق بشر" در تضاد است. از آن جمله میتوان از خانم شادی صدر نام برد که قرار است به عنوان فعال "حقوق زنان و حقوق بشری" در سمینار "عدالت برای ایران" در تاریخ شنبه ۸ ژوئن ۲۰۱۳ در لندن که شما مهمان ویژه آن هستید، سخنرانی کنند.
ایشان همصدا با دشمنان تمامیت ارضی ایران از اینکه برخی همانند ایشان آرزوی "جدایی از ایران لعنتی" را ندارند اظهار شگفتی نموده و با کلماتی توهین آمیز "شهروندان ایران " را فارغ از نژاد و زبان و مذهب مورد خطاب قرار میدهد وعلیرغم اینکه سخنان در فضای مجازی با واکنش‌های تند فراوانی روبرو گشته، ایشان هنوز توضیحی در باره این سخنان توهین آمیز خود نداده اند است. سخنان ایشان بیش از آنکه راهگشا باشد، ابزار سو استفاده دستگاه حاکم و ایجاد تفرقه و بدگمانی در بین اقشار مختلف جامعه ایرانی و شادی دشمنان تمامیت ارضی ایران گشته و در زمانی که جهان نیازمند رسیدن به اتحادی انسانی است، این پیام بیش از آنکه پیامی "حقوق بشری" باشد، شبیه به مانیفستی سیاسی و عوام فریبانه است.
شایان ذکر است که برخی از میهمانان و علاقمندان به حضور در این گردهم آیی به منظور اعتراض به حضور خانم صدر، از حضور در این سمینار انصراف داده اند. امیدواریم شما نیز برای نشان دادن احترام و پایبندیتان به روح "حقوق بشر" چنانچه بدلیل تعهدات اخلاقی مایل و قادر به انصراف از این مراسم را نیستید، از حضور و نفوذ کلام خود جهت یادآوری نتایج شوم گفتمان "قوم گرایانه" و نفرت برانگیز خانم صدر که بیشتر یادآور گفتمان واپس گرایانه و نژادپرستانه حکومت جمهوری اسلامی و متحجرین سلفی است تا یک فعال حقوق بشر، استفاده فرمائید تا نام و تریبون شما مورد سو استفاده سیاست بازان قرار نگیرد.

We hereby appreciate your efforts to unveil and document the Human Rights violations by Islamic Republic of Iran to all citizens regardless of race, religion, and social status.
To verify the integrity and competence of your diplomatic and human rights experience is the act of the statesmen of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran that has prevented your presence to investigate, to confirm, or deny any allegation that made by you.
Your absence in Iran has provided propaganda tools to those who are replenishing unrealistic picture of ethnic and racial difficulties in Iran.
Remarkably, these opportunists, to achieve their own destructive purposes, do not hesitate to take any means of action even at the expense of your good name and reputation.
We believe that you have your philosophy that is based on the UN Charter on Human Rights, which has no difference with the philosophy of the Iranians themselves, children of Cyrus the Great who introduced the world's first declaration of human rights.
Unfortunately, some characters who carry the title of “Human Rights Activist” with their numerous pictures by your side in different occasions in the virtual world have made ample offensive materials and speeches that are in contradiction with the Human Rights philosophy and meaning. One example is Ms. Shadi Sadr, who is your special guest to speak about "women's rights and human rights" in the seminar "Justice for Iran" on Saturday, June 8, 2013 in London, as a human rights activist.
She being the voice of the enemies of Iran's territorial integrity has been astonished at the ones who do not urge to “separate damn Iran”. With offensive words, she addresses "Iranian citizens" as being without any race, language, or religion. Even though she was faced with a lot of strong reactions in cyberspace, she has not given any explanation regarding her offensive remarks. Her expressions, rather than being helpful, are being used by the present government as an encroaching tool, and they have created division and mistrust between different groups in the community and caused joy in the enemies of Iran's territorial integrity. When the world needs to achieve human solidarity, this message is more like a political manifesto and deception of the commoners rather than the message of "human rights".
It is needless to say that some of the guests and fans who were attending the rally withdrew from attending this seminar to protest the presence of Sadr. We hope, if you because of your moral obligations are not willing or able to opt this service, that you show respect and faith to the spirit of "human rights" and be aware of the influence of words and presence. With the power of your presence and words, remind all of the ominous results of “racism” and controversial discourse of "ethnic" hatred displayed by Ms. Sadr. that is being more reminiscent of rhetoric and racist retrogressive acts of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the ossified Salafis, rather than a human rights activist. Therefore, do not allow your name, reputation, and place behind the podium to be exploited by players like her.
With regards and hope for the establishment of righteousness, justice, and humanity around the world.
