GoPetition launches Testimonials
Published on Oct 14, 2010
GoPetition often receives feedback from petition authors. Many campaigners report success stories of various kinds.
To better document campaign feedback, GoPetition has launched a Testimonials project. The testimonials listed indicate support and feedback to GoPetition and our ability to help campaigners deliver real change for their cause(s). These testimonials comprise direct feedback to GoPetition and/or results published by supporters (or a combination of both, duly edited by GoPetition). The comments reported generally reflect significant campaign successes or member satisfaction with GoPetition's great features.
In promotion and/or advertising, a testimonial consists of a written or spoken statement extolling the virtue of some product. The term "testimonial" most commonly applies to the sales-pitches attributed to ordinary citizens, whereas "endorsement" usually applies to pitches by celebrities. By contrast, GoPetition's Testimonials are a form of communal marketing, as GoPetition's philosophy is to base our product delivery on consumer feedback and suggestions. Some of our testimonials are written by leading activists or politicians, while others come from non-professional activists.
So please explore our testimonials to see what some of our members have experienced. Please also review our more specific success stories listed on our news page.
