影意志剛於2011年6月中收到香港藝術發展局 (下稱藝發局) 通知，表示本藝團向藝發局申請的2011-2012年度「一年資助」(電影及媒體藝術界別) 五項計劃完全不獲撥款，意味影意志被突然終止各項工作以至基本行政上的資助，對本藝團的營運構成致命打擊的同時，亦讓我們不得不再次強烈質疑藝發局的撥款定位和評審機制。 有鑑於藝發局就此撥款結果所提出的理由毫無根據，評審委員缺乏視野，短期即導致如影意志等藝團被無理終止資助，長遠則無疑危害本地藝術的多元發展，實在令人憤怒，亦不得不坐視不理！ 影意志現強烈要求有關評審詳細解釋撥款結果，並且申請上訴，要求重審我方撥款申請，同時強烈譴責藝發局評審機制，並且要求盡快作出相應之制度檢討及改善！ ＊請到以下連結細閱全文內容：http://yingechi.blogspot.com/2011/06/blog-post.html read more
