Why should we have to pay to a unknown body an unknown amount of money to protect what the law already says we own. Please don't change the laws to work against us. Would you want someone to steal a pictures of you and your loved ones an make millions from it all because you changed the law that implies ownership due to original "content" possession.

Its ridiculous to entertain the idea that 'updating' these laws to the proposed version will protect anyone or any company from copyright viiolation. Until the amendments are a reasonable reflection of the views of the Australian Public, they should not be tabled, or enacted.
